Confirmation of Booking
Bookings can be made over the Phone, by Email or Visiting the Hotel.
The Confirmation of the Booking will be done after 40% of non-refundable Advanced Payment or after providing the Credit Card Information. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.
A written confirmation will be issued by the Hotel after receiving your Payment to our Bank account.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled 14 days prior to arrival – Will be charged 50% on the total reservation Value
If canceled 07 days prior to arrival – Will be charged 75% on the total reservation Value
If canceled 03 days prior to arrival – Will be charged 100% on the total reservation Value
No shows and shortened stays on arrival will be charged 100% of reservation value.
Group Bookings
Reservations over 5 rooms consider as Group Bookings. A 40% of non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. If any adjustments for the arrival / departure dates are required after confirmation, this will be handled on a case by case basis.
Special Offer Conditions
Please note that all Special Offer Conditions will supersede the cancellation conditions stated in this general policy document.

Child Policy
Below 06 years of age free of charge.
Above 06 years & below 12 years sharing parent’s room- 50% from the Meal Charge
Above 12 years of age -Adults rate
Extra Bed Chargers
Extra Bed Charge-10 USD
The maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is 1.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is from 02.00 PM (14:00 hrs.) onwards and check out time is 11.00 a.m.
Early Check-in
Early arrivals will be on availability and needs to be informed at time of reservation. Arrivals earlier than 10:00 AM will be charged a 50% of the room rate and will only be on availability.
Early arrivals ahead of 6:00 AM will be charged an extra night’s rate and will be confirmed in advance if requested.
Late Departure
Late departure up to 2:30 PM will be on availability and needs to be informed at time of arrival.
Late departure up to 6:00 PM can be arranged at a 50% of the room rate and will only be offered on availability.
Late departures beyond 6:00 PM will be charged as an extra night and will be confirmed in advanced.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed
Privacy Policy
You are entitled to correct or delete any information about you from Hotel Yapahuwa Paradise customer database.
No personal information will be disclosed to any outside party without written permission of the proprietor.
